DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Validity: All products purchased from https://fexicart.com can be exchanged or refunded only if they are received in a damaged condition, the wrong size, or an incorrect item, within 7 working days of the delivery date—no questions asked!
Conditions for Exchange: Articles are qualified for refund only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact and the packing is in its original condition. Colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, or your device settings, therefore products are not eligible for refund for this particular reason.
Process for Online Exchange: Simply notify us of your intention to exchange within 7 working days of the delivery date. Please provide tracking details along with your order number to our customer service team by calling our helpline at +92-3702481204 or via WhatsApp at +92-3702481204.
You may choose to use any of the approved courier services listed below. Please share your tracking number within 2 working days of dispatching the item to our premises.

Fexi Cart reserves the right to refuse compensation or a refund for damaged items if this information is not provided.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Fexi Cart is not liable to refund the amount in the below event.
- If an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be edited or canceled.
- If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Fexi Cart is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount.
- If the parcel is held by the Customs department of the destination country, the customer is responsible for providing all relevant documentation to the authorities. Fexi Cart is not liable to refund the amount in the event of non-clearance of the parcel.
