ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order with Fexi Cart will be considered accepted once you receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or see a confirmation window after checkout — along with a system-generated order number. This confirms that your order has been successfully placed in our system for processing.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Fexi Cart reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Items being out of stock at the time of processing
  • Technical errors during checkout
  • Suspicious or negative order history
  • Product found defective during quality check
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address or contact details
  • Pricing errors on the website
  • If your credit/debit card payment is declined by the bank or payment gateway

Customers may request to cancel their order anytime before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

DELIVERY DELAYS & LIABILITY

At Fexi Cart, we always strive to deliver your orders on time. However, certain circumstances may lead to delays, for which we cannot be held liable. These include:

  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Product availability issues
  • Acts of God (e.g., earthquakes, floods, storms)
  • Force Majeure events (uncontrollable events beyond our reach)

Fexi Cart shall not be responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, misrouted, or canceled due to factors outside our control.

ORDER PLACEMENT & PAYMENT

You can place your order through our website using the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Advance Bank Transfer / Online Payment  

Note: Orders are subject to product availability at the time of confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable, our team will contact you to suggest a replacement of similar value. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, your order may be automatically canceled.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

 Normal Days

  • Local (Within Pakistan): 2 – 5 working days
  • International: 5 – 10 working days

 Sale Periods

  • Local: 4 – 10 working days
  • International: 10 – 14 working days

International customers may be required to pay in advance. For international orders, please contact our support team.
